Výpustek Cave - Visiting rules
ORGANIZATION OF CAVE TOURS
● each cave tour takes approx. 75 minutes;
● the maximum number of visitors is 45 people;
● the booked groups have the priority to other visitors;
● in case, that the reserved group don't buy the tickets at leatest 40 min before the visit, it loses the priority to other visitors;
● after buying the tickets the visitors wait in appointed time by the cave entrance;
● the time of the entrance is written on the ticket;
● the enters into the cave are organized by the guide, in accordance with the boss or the dispatcher;
● if there are some serious reasons, the cave can be partially or completely closed.
THE VISIT OF THE CAVE
● during the visit the visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of their guide and don´t disturb his explanation;
● during the whole visit /in small spaces/ it´s necessary to be very carefull and follow the instructions of the guide;
● by any unforeseeable event (power failure) the visitors must keep calm, stay on the place and follow the instructions of their guide;
● any injury or indisposition during the visit the visitor must announce to the guide, who will take care of it;
● Visitors can only make audivisual recordings without using a tripod, selfie stick and flash. It is not allowed to retard the tour, move away from the group and hold down other visitors. If this instruction is violated, the guide may forbid making audiovisual recordings. Images and video recordings may not be used for commercial purposes without the aproval of the Cave Administration of the Czech Republic;
● the temperature in the cave is about 8 °C, so we recommend to take warmer clothes;
● the route in the cave is barrier-free;
● it´s forbidden to enter the cave with animals.
Entry to the cave is forbidden to:
● people under influence of alcohol;
● people without the guide;
● children under the age of 10 years without parents or the leader of their group (teacher.....);
● people with heavy soil clothes and shoes.
THE PROTECTION OF NATURE
In the cave it is forbidden:
● to touch the things, which are on display, electric installation or technical equipment;
● to touch, to break or in some other way damage the dripstone decoration and the walls of the cave;
● to carry the pieces of rocks off the cave;
● to enter the parts out of visiting route and move away from the group.
● to throw away the trash or in some other way dirty the cave spaces
● to carry into the cave capacious buggage, touristic sticks, umbrellas, tripods ...
● to smoke, eat, drink and enter the cave with drinks and ice cream
● to frighten the animals (bats...) in the cave
CONCLUSION
● if these rules are not observed, the visit can be stopped without compensation
● if these rules are break very seriously (especially breaking dripstones and things, which are on display)- against the wrongdoer will be launch the criminal trial
● the visitors can write the wishes, compliments and complaints into the visitors' book, which can be found at the cash desk
The caves are the part of strictly protected area according to the law ČNR Nr.114/92 About the nature and landscape protection. That´s why the visitors are obligated to respect all it´s protective conditions (on the surface and in the underground) and don´t damage natural phenomenons (rock formations, trees, plants...) and go only on the marked paths and don´t leave them. The violation of this law is under penalty of 50 000 KCZ.
